Each day is a combination of pre-recorded video and minimum 1 hour Live session which will remain available to replay for anyone who cannot attend the live.

Spirit has no time/space constraints so you will receive whatever you need in whatever moment you participate.

Day 1: Introduction and Setting Intentions

Live session beginning with a visualization meditation to set safe space, followed by discussion and channeling any guides who step forward:

Day 2: Deep Dive into the Sacred Circle

Pre-recorded video the practices of journaling, pathworking, active imagination and visualization

Live session of guided journaling directed with pathworking and different cycles. Discussion of what students sense/feel within body/mind during the pathworking and channeling any guides who step forward at this time.

Day 3: Working with Archetypes and Spirit Guides

Pre-recorded video reviewing different spirit guides you can work with: their archetypes, their zodiac, place in the heroine’s journey and the work they do with us and the Earth.

Live session of active imagination practice with archetypes and pathworking with whichever goddesses step forward. Including:

  • Sensing energy with whichever guides step forward
  • Channeled guidance from whichever guide steps forward for each person
