Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any session with Alyssa is meant for each client’s spiritual growth and highest good. Should a client forget to attend, cancel outside of the policy guidelines, miss the session due to a booking error or for any other reason without communication to reschedule 24 hours in advance, no refund will be permitted.
To reschedule, there will be a $35 fee. Payment is due in full at the time of the booking. Alyssa will use due diligence to contact the client at the scheduled start time. If no contact is made by the client within 20 minutes into the reading, Alyssa will cancel the reading and no refund will be issued.
Alyssa will contact each client at the time of their session.
24-hour notice is required in order to make accommodations to reschedule.
Channeled Readings or 1 on 1 Practice Sessions
All readings and practice sessions are for entertainment and educational purposes only.
By booking a session, you are agreeing that Alyssa Reynolds is not responsible for how you use the information and that by the nature of spiritual contact, not all readings are 100% accurate.
Additionally, by agreeing to the terms here, and by booking a session with Alyssa Reynolds, you are also agreeing you are 18 years of age or older and are thereby responsible for your own welfare.

Business Coach and Design Services and Sessions
Alyssa can design videos, banners/logos, websites, posters, advertisements suitable for all social media platforms and more.
For design services, Alyssa will do an initial consultation.
*Please attend with a clear idea of your desires, any visual material of your making or examples of existing material by others in your area of specialty.
After the initial call, Alyssa requires either the full rate or a deposit to save the clients spot in her workload. This is per the estimated hours required to complete the work agreed upon by Alyssa and the client.
For clients’ requesting website design there will be initial costs for domain names/hosting that Alyssa will walk you through, to ensure all website documentation is ultimately under your name or your business’s name.
For all hourly work, Alyssa charges $25 USD per hour of planning/designing/revising to all work.
*Please note all initial estimated costs are calculating Alyssa’s hours to complete initial designs and may not include the additional hours required to revise work per the clients’ feedback.
Initial designs will be completed with 3 to 7 days and will be emailed to the client. Alyssa asks the client to be as open and honest as possible regarding their likes/dislikes to ensure the design suits their needs and desires but to be aware that initial estimated costs will go up.
If a client cancels, the cancellation fee will total the initial deposit plus all hours Alyssa has recorded into the design to that point.
If a client cancels, Alyssa will retain all designs up to a year after the cancellation.
Alyssa asks that all payment is done immediately after initial consultations, or upon agreed dates. She will complete invoices for larger projects such as website design and can do so for all other services, upon the clients’ request.
