Work with Mother Nature: How to Transmute Your Energy

Even though the energy flux has settled, for now, there is always something going on; whether it’s a stranger in the street, a family member in your house or a niggling thought racing through your head. Energy is always moving.

It is not any more linear than time or a wheel. It moves in cycles – fast, slow and around and around.

So when I sat to do a reading for you all today, as to what is most important to focus on at this moment, my angels told me that grounding, and grounding with conscious thought and intention was the most important thing any of us can do right now.

If you’d prefer to hear the initial reading, check out my video guidance here:

How Do I Ground with Intention?

I pulled a two-card spread today, one which intends for the two cards to work in a sort of unity, a balance with each other. It is one of the more free spreads that I do which allows me to get in touch with the story my angels with to tell me.

I pulled the following:

The Basket of Thoughts

In this incarnation, we are all children of the Earth, we are children of Mother Nature as much as we are spirits of the wider universe who hold a thousand and more identities in every moment of every second.

We are called at this time to become more in tune with both Mother Nature and our own mothering sides, our feminine energy that knows when to gather, to plant, to receive, to give and most of all, when to let go.

We are called to listen to nature, to listen to our nature and if the weather is cold, to then slow down and warm ourselves. If the weather is warm, then it is time to dance. If we feel tired, then it is time to sleep. If we feel drained, then it is time to let go and rest. It is time to not do something, for once. If we feel motivated, then it is time to act and to trust our intuition.

And when we go out in nature and we ground, to do it with intention: to take a basket of our dreams, our hopes, our worries, our fears and speak them to Mother Nature. She is listening. She will take your dream, she will take your fears and she will transmute them as needed. The dreams will go to the stars. The fears will blow away on the wind. And you will remain, brimming with Mother Nature’s energy and ready to rise once more.

Until the wheel turns, as all wheels do and you will face the seasons. You are here on Earth because it is a place of strong energy – that is the energy of change, the energy of taking the impossible and believing and trusting, having faith that troubles are just part of growing more layers of bark so that you can grow and stand stronger, a beacon of possibility for those who follow in your footsteps and those who walk the woods in which you reside.

You are change. You are possibility. Rise!

Your Actions From Here On

When you go out to ground, go out with a mental basket full of your dreams and your fears. Write them down in a journal, on a piece of paper, on your phone. You can do this before you go outside, or you can do this while you sit outside. Whatever feels right to you.

But when you go out, take that basket full of your thoughts and ask Mother Nature to take them and release them to Source, to God, to the Universe for your highest good.

Blessed be my friends!
